TERMS,  CONDITIONS  &  CANCELLATION  POLICIES  ON  PRIVATE  TRANSFERS

All Cancellations made the same Day of Service & No-Shows Will Be Billed in Full*

Any Individual Cancellations made with at least than 24 hours prior arrival date
will not cause any charge*

In the event of delayed  flights, our vehicles will wait for you, at no extra cost involved

Prices allow to any combination of  2 (Two) pieces of  luggage or carry-on per person
(Additional charges may apply for excess of luggage)

Clients that Request Stops On Route from SJD Airport to Hotel or Villa will be charged
Dunes Tours & Travel's hourly rate of $50.00 USD after 15 minutes of waiting time

Suggested 15% drivers gratuity is Not Included

GROUP  RESERVATIONS  &  CANCELLATION  POLICIES


Due to changes and requirements of local Transportation Authorities ALL group
 information must be submitted one week prior first group guest arrival.

All Services must be requested on writing by Client to be included on service contract

Quotes will be based on a minimum guaranteed number of attendees
Additional show-ups will be added to the final bill

Additional services requested during the event
will be additional to previous services contracted and
Full payment of those services must be covered by the end of the event

Full Payment of Contracted services is required one week before group arrival
All Groups will generate a 15% gratuity

Group Cancellation requires a minimum of 14 day written notification

Cancellations with less than 14 (Fourteen) days prior group arrival will generate
a 50% charge of deposits already made

Cancellations with less than 7 (Seven) days prior group arrival will generate full 100% charge

Group Reservations require a major Credit Card. A written permission for
Dunes Tours & Travel to charge the designated credit card and any of the
cancellation  Policies Penalties, in case these apply, is also required.

If Dunes Tours & Travel is unable to charge the credit card on file
 or the costumer disputes the charges, we have the right to collect
for this debt through a Collection Agency or Judgment.
Charges incurred during collection process will be
charged to the client

Dunes Tours & Travel is Responsible for Tolls and Parking fees

Dunes Tours & Travel shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond its control
including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns

All rates are in U.S. dollars
