- People using Dunes Tours & Travel as your Airport Transportation Company in Los Cabos have to provide us with the following detail information while traveling in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose Del Cabo and/or the East Cape.

- Airline and flight number. (Arrivals)
- Full name of at least one of the passengers.
- Name of the place where passengers will be picked up or dropped off.
- If they are carrying extra luggage or large pieces of luggage such as Rigid Golf Club sets, surfboards or similar
- While Arriving: It is necessary to provide the number and name of the flight carrier to avoid any delays. In case of flight delays beyond clients control or responsibility Dunes Tours & Travel will accommodate your reservation accordingly
- While Departing: It is necessary to provide flight carrier’s departure time

- There are only 15 minutes of leverage after the appointed pickup time extra charges will be applied after a delay of 15 minutes.
- If any information provided isn’t complete or is inaccurate Dunes Tours & Travel shall not be responsible for any airport transfers expected by client out of schedules provided in advance.
- Extra charges may be applied after 11 P.M for private drivers.
- The drop-off and pick up location must be the same round trip fees to apply. Pickup location on activities can be changed with prior notice if the time limit agreed is not exceeded.

- Activities must be in the premises of Los Cabos (Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and the East Cape)
- All our vehicles are NON-SMOKING, no exemptions
- Dunes Tours & Travel representative/Chauffer reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or inebriation
- Any unusual spill or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a $100 usd clean-up fee payable in cash by the client at the moment of the incident
- Cancellation must be made 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
- Last minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
- Further changes to the already made changes will not be entertained.
